By purchasing services from BetterGMB, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
BetterGMB is a remote business providing Google Business Profile optimization and management services to local businesses in the United States. Services are delivered fully remotely.
BetterGMB offers three service plans — Basic, Standard, and Premium — each consisting of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly management fee.
All plans include:
A free audit of the client's existing Google Business Profile is provided before any purchase. No payment is required to receive the audit.

The setup fee is due in full before work begins. Monthly fees are billed automatically each billing cycle. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. BetterGMB does not collect, store, or have access to your card details at any point.
BetterGMB requires manager-level access to your Google Business Profile to perform and maintain optimizations. We will never request ownership of the profile. Manager access is used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed service.
If the client fails to provide manager access within 5 business days of payment without a valid reason, BetterGMB reserves the right to pause the project. Continued delay beyond 10 business days may be treated as a client-initiated cancellation with no refund of the setup fee.
Setup and initial optimization will be completed within 5 business days of receiving both full payment and manager access. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Czech public holidays. Delays caused by the client are not counted toward this timeline.
Following setup, BetterGMB provides ongoing monthly management as described in the selected plan. This includes regular profile activity, ranking monitoring, review management, and reporting. Monthly management continues until the client cancels.
The client may cancel the monthly retainer at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an already-billed month. The setup fee is non-refundable after work has begun.
No refunds will be issued on the setup fee once payment is received and work has begun. Exceptions apply only if BetterGMB is unable to complete the setup due to a technical issue on our end and no work has been performed, or if the client's profile is found to be permanently removed by Google before work begins. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with ranking outcomes or Google's algorithmic behavior, as these are outside BetterGMB's control.
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, owning rights to any materials provided, responding to communications within 2 business days, and ensuring their Google Business Profile is claimed and verified before the engagement begins.
Results such as improved rankings or increased visibility are not guaranteed, as these are determined by Google's systems. BetterGMB is not responsible for Google suspending or altering the client's profile after delivery, changes to Google's platform, loss of revenue, or any actions taken by the client after delivery.
BetterGMB will not share, sell, or disclose any client business information or project details to third parties. Account access is used solely for the purpose of completing the agreed service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be handled directly and professionally between both parties before any formal process is pursued.

We collect data via our website contact form, email communication, and Google Business Profile manager access. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe and is never passed to or stored by BetterGMB.
We process your data under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (contract performance) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests) to deliver the service you paid for and maintain the ongoing management retainer. We do not use your data for advertising, remarketing, or profiling. We do not sell your data under any circumstance.

We use secure, password-protected accounts for all platforms handling client data. We do not store Google credentials, use Stripe so card data is never handled by us directly, and communicate sensitive information only via email or direct message. BetterGMB is based in the Czech Republic and our clients are primarily in the United States. All third-party platforms we use maintain GDPR-compliant data transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date at the top will reflect any changes. For significant changes, active clients will be notified by email.
