By purchasing services from BetterGMB, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any order.
BetterGMB is a solo remote service business based in the Czech Republic, providing Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization services to small businesses in the United States. All services are delivered remotely by a single operator.
BetterGMB provides Google Business Profile optimization services. Each engagement includes:
A free audit of the client's existing Google Business Profile is provided before any purchase. No payment is required to receive the audit.
The flat fee is $250 USD, due in full before work begins. No partial payments or payment plans are offered. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. BetterGMB does not collect, store, or have access to your card details at any point.
BetterGMB requires manager-level access to perform the optimization. We will not request ownership of the profile at any point. Manager access will be used solely to complete the agreed work and may be removed by the client after delivery.
If the client fails to provide manager access within 5 business days of payment without a valid reason, BetterGMB reserves the right to pause the project. Continued delay beyond 10 business days may be treated as a client-initiated cancellation with no refund.
All profile changes and documents will be delivered within 3-5 business days of receiving both full payment and manager access. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Czech public holidays. Delays caused by the client are not counted toward this timeline.
Following delivery, BetterGMB provides 14 calendar days of support covering questions about changes made, clarification of deliverables, and minor factual corrections. This support does not include new optimization work, assistance with client-made changes, Google platform issues, or ongoing SEO. Support is via email with a 2 business day response time.
No refunds will be issued once payment is received and work has begun. Exceptions apply only if BetterGMB is unable to complete the work due to a technical issue on our end and no work has been performed, or if the client's profile is found to be permanently removed by Google before work begins. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with optimization outcomes or Google's algorithmic behavior.
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, owning rights to any materials provided, responding to communications within 2 business days, and ensuring their Google Business Profile is claimed and verified before the engagement begins.
Results such as improved rankings or increased visibility are not guaranteed, as these are determined by Google's systems. BetterGMB is not responsible for Google suspending or altering the client's profile after delivery, changes to Google's platform, loss of revenue, or any actions taken by the client after delivery.
BetterGMB will not share, sell, or disclose any client business information or project details to third parties. Account access is used solely for the purpose of completing the agreed service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be handled directly and professionally between both parties before any formal process is pursued.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or any data from minors.
We collect data via our website contact form, email communication, Facebook Messenger (if you contact us via Facebook), Google Business Profile manager access, and Stripe payment processing.
We process your data under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (contract performance) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests) to deliver the service you paid for and handle post-delivery support. We do not use your data for advertising, remarketing, or profiling. We do not sell your data under any circumstance.
Our website uses essential cookies (required for the site to function) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, anonymized). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use our services.

BetterGMB is based in the Czech Republic and our clients are primarily in the United States. All third-party platforms we use maintain GDPR-compliant data transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Our services are intended for small business owners and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date at the top will be revised. For significant changes, active clients will be notified by email.
